How should I set up Equitask?

To get the best experience, follow this process to setup your new account. This is the easiest way to get started with Equitask. Watch the vid then follow the steps below 🙂

Download the App & Signup for an account!
After filling in details, check your email. We’ll send a ‘verification email to click.
Login and Choose Plan
Go to the app and log in. You’ll see a screen with Trial and Paid plans. Click the ‘Trial’ plan at the top (or ‘Promo Code’ if you have one).
Add your Horses!
Add these from the top left ‘Animal Switcher’ menu. Make sure you add their headshots!
Add your Contacts & Services!
Just add your main ones for now from the ‘Contact Icon’ at the top. To make it easier, you can ‘Import’ your contacts.
Setup your Feed Types!
Look at the ‘Settings > Feed Types’ page. Add any feeds types you use regularly. To delete any, slide them to the left.
Add your Profile Photo!
Just for fun, on the main ‘Settings’ page, you can upload your headshot!
Add your first Reminder!
Click the ‘Reminders’ icon at the bottom. Add a reminder for the next day and see if Equitask sends you a notification tomorrow!
Note: Use ‘Events/Bookings’ for shows, farriers, things that repeat. Use the ‘Reminders’ for small one-off tasks.
Build your Feed Chart!
Click the ‘Feeds’ icon at the bottom. Take a little time and start building up your feed chart. You’ll get the hang of this quick!
Add Notes and Photos!
Use these icons at the bottom to add some info. Note: They’ll both add to whichever Horse is selected in the ‘Animal Switcher’ menu.

How do I sign up my Family Plan users?

If you sign up for a ‘Family Plan‘, setup your main user account first (most likely Mum/Dad). Then follow these steps to add the family members.

Ask them each to download and install the Equitask app
Ask them to ‘Create a Free Account’ from the login screen (Make sure they don’t sign up a trial)
The main account holder add the family users from the ‘SETTINGS > Invite Users‘ screen
When the family users log in, they should see all the animals and info!

How many images can I add?

We aren’t trying to replace your phone storage, rather just letting users upload some favorite or important images to the Image Gallery for your horse records. Here’s the approximate amount of images that you can add.

Equitask Solo Plan – (Approx 300 images)
Equitask Family Plan – (Approx 3,000 images)
Equitask Pro Plan – (Approx 30,000 images)

Can I buy more storage space?

Soon! We will be adding cheap storage plans if you need them. These will be available soon.

Can I Share and Transfer horses?

Easily! Every animal can be Shared to another Equitask user from the Profile page or in the settings (Invite Users). If you sell a horse, you can easily Transfer Ownership through the settings section.
