Easily add events and bookings using a simple interface. Add recurring bookings, ie: farriers, dentists etc and assign to a service so you have contact details on the event.

We’ve setup the main feed sections so you simply need to add your horse’s favourite meals!

We have designed an easy way to add and edit your feeds with sensible units and measures. Add feeds for multiple horses at once.
Notes
Add short notes throughout your horse or pets life. Adding specific important notes about medical, behaviour, feeds or or training helps the search find what you need!
Add photos to your notes. A great way to recall medical events, prize wins, great jumps, funny photos or just good form shots.
We have added some system alerts into notes so you don’t forget horse transfers, shared users added, or other key info.
Gallery
As Equitask is filterable by horse or pet, you can easily change to an animal and see just their photos. Much easier than searching through your phone gallery!
Using your phone’s ‘Share’ tools, there’s a number of ways you can share your horse and pet photos with friends!
Have old horse photos? Upload your best ones to Equitask so they stay with your horse’s records. Your horse photos in one place!
Contacts
We have added a contact list into Equitask so just your equine contacts show. It’s an efficient way to build up your equine contact network.
Service contacts are the services you use. These are your vets, farriers, physios, dentists, trainers and more. These are tagged so they can be assigned to horses.
Wherever you see contact info in the app you also have a call and message icon. Quick easy access from within the tool!
Admin
We’ve added some default professional services to get you going but add more if needed! Its easy!
Sold or moved a horse on? Easily transfer the ownership to a new person. This transfers all the core data for an animal to the new owner!
Going away for a holiday? Have kids or family needing access? Invite them to access the horses or pets you want to work with!
